The Office of Financial Services exists to provide the highest quality service and support to Caltech's faculty, students, and staff in their pursuit of Caltech's mission: "to expand human knowledge and benefit society through research integrated with education."

The Office of Financial Services also has a fiduciary responsibility to protect the long-term interests of the Institute and to operate with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity. In concert with this mission, the values of service, accountability, and passion are embraced and fostered.
