Budget & Planning

Budget and Planning responsibilities include:

• developing the annual operating budget, particularly the general fund budget, in conjunction with major budget units
• monitoring and reporting operating budget performance, particularly the general fund
• evaluating financial impact of operating changes and plans
• developing long-range forecasts of financial operations
• providing institutional data and statistics for federal and other surveys
