Cost Studies

The Cost Studies group is responsible for:

• Preparing, supporting and negotiating Caltech's F&A rates (including Staff Benefits and Paid Leave rates)
• Conducting the Institute's biennial space survey
• Maintaining the Institute's DS-2 (disclosure statement of our cost accounting practices)
• Preparing, supporting and negotiating the JPL lump sum
• Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis
